Return Policy for Sei Bello Hair

At Sei Bello Hair, we take pride in offering high-quality hair products and prioritize your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation purposes, our return policy is as follows:


1. Standard Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accompanying materials.
  • Final Sale Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and any products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return:
    Email us at support@seibellohair.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  2. Approval:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  4. Inspection:
    Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

  5. Refund:
    Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@seibellohair.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hair products that have been used, altered, or styled.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
