1. Standard Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accompanying materials.
- Final Sale Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and any products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Request a Return:
Email us at support@seibellohair.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return. -
Approval:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. -
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). -
Inspection:
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense. -
Refund:
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@seibellohair.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Hair products that have been used, altered, or styled.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
